1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using ScanIt, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

These Terms apply to all users of ScanIt services, including free and premium subscription users.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use ScanIt.

You are responsible for your device security, account state, and all activity performed through your access to the service.

3. License and Acceptable Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ScanIt for lawful personal or business document workflows.

You must not reverse engineer, disrupt services, misuse premium entitlements, upload malicious content, or use ScanIt in violation of applicable law.

4. Your Content

You retain rights to documents and materials you process through ScanIt.

You represent that you have rights and permission to process any content uploaded, scanned, signed, or shared through the app.

5. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

Premium features may be offered through auto-renewing subscriptions and one-time lifetime purchases.

Billing and refunds are handled by Apple according to App Store rules and your Apple account settings. Subscription status and entitlement logic may be managed through RevenueCat infrastructure.

Trial offers, pricing, and availability may vary by region and may change at renewal cycles as permitted by platform policies.

6. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe misuse, fraud, legal violations, or security risk is present.

You may stop using ScanIt at any time. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel active subscriptions managed through Apple.

7. Disclaimers

ScanIt is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect OCR accuracy, or that every export workflow will be error-free across all devices and systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScanIt App and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the services.

Our aggregate liability for claims related to ScanIt will not exceed the amounts paid by you for the service during the twelve months preceding the claim, where allowed by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction where ScanIt App operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless local consumer law requires otherwise.

10. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

Questions about these Terms can be sent to prismcodelabs@gmail.com.
